The company needed a deep UX analyis of the old platform to understand how to improve the platform and all the inssues ux-related, delivering a report of +80 pages.
Once the analysis was delivered I started re-designing the whole platform from scratch both the website version and the APP, considering the feedback received after the analysis and all the features that they wanted to add but always keepig it simple and professional.
